The main living room, dining area and the open plan kitchen are on the middle level, along with a bathroom. This living room also opens to balcony.

A spacious, internal mezzanine that overlooks the living room serves as a second bedroom. The house is fully furnished and equipped, offering all modern comforts. All levels enjoy spectacular sea views. The house has exclusive use of 161,62 sq.m. garden.
